Ian is the Voluntary Sector Representative on the Greener Community Planning Partnership theme group. 

Ian has a history of working for mutual organisations. Moray Waste Busters has members who perform a similar role to shareholders. 

Ian’s last full time employment was with Royal Liver Assurance the UK’s second largest friendly society with assets of £2.5billion and owned by its members. 

Prior to that Ian worked with an organisation whose members have trouble leaving even when they go abroad or die. You know the organisation as the Inland Revenue.
